Unfortunately I wasn't able to stay there on this trip. I did visit to do some gaming. They had ALL the slots and video poker I wanted. One of the guys that I was with stayed there and couldn't have been more pleased with his experience at the Palace Station. I definitely will try and stay there on my next trip to Vegas.

I used to visit the Palace Station for the 4th July celebrations and would play in the casino before heading to the Parking Garage roof to view the fireworks. The casino was well organised with security on the garage roof to protect the crowds. Because of my play in the casino, I was invited back to stay 3 nights for free! On arrival I was directed to the VIP Host who moved me in to a smoking room at my request. The good news for non- smokers is that T the casino has a non smoking slots area specially for guests. The casino has one of my favourite video poker slots which has a cumulative jackpot for a sequential Royal flush! While I never won it, it was fun trying to! The room was top class with daily maid service! While the weather was a bit chilly, the outdoor pool looked great. The cocktail waitress service was outstanding, any time day or night. While it is off strip, the RTC provides a frequent service to the Strip where you can catch the Deuce. Eating at the Brass Fork is tasty and filling. Best deal is the Ribeye steak - medium-rare. It is a fun off-strip destination.

I loved my first room on the 10th floor with a beautiful view of the strip. I was in a King room. Unfortunately I had to move because some lights were not working, I was told I would be moved to a King room higher with a view of the strip. The next morning as I was preparing to move to my new room I was informed the king rooms for the view were completely sold out and they would move me to a Queen room. I felt like I was lied to. Other than that the staff was good, they were polite. I just wish that when they said they had a king room available it would be the case. I got frustrated when I went back to check if there would be any available rooms in the next couple days and they said they were out. A major bummer.

Dreadful place. Booked me into a super smelly smoking room though I did not request one. Wanted to charge me extra to switch rooms. Hassled me because my Apple Card did not have a number imprinted. Stay somewhere else this place is a tacky low rent mess

Nice off the strip the property

I recently booked a room at the first Palace Station, as part of a package deal, as the price was right and my mom and I have stayed there in the past. We like it, as it just a short walk from the parking garage to the check-in desk. Also the hotel elevators are just across from said desk, unlike many strip properties. All of this is great, as mom just turned 76 and does get around as well as she used to. The rooms at this property are clean and comfortable and feature two queens or a king bed. Depending on the room you end up with the views can be great or not so great. This go around we ended with a view of the parking garage and that was okay, as spend more time in casino or at places off the property. Other positives for this property include the free parking, being able to get in and out of the parking lots/garage easily, as well as the Brass Fork Restaurant (please see my review on this ). On the down side this property like most charges a resort fee, is not right on the strip, and recently have found some better rates at similar quality hotels on the strip. That being said I still very much like the Palace Station and still feel like we got a great value for our money.
